Insurance Claims for Roofs, Siding & More

STEP 1: WE WILL COME TO YOU!

• Call us for your free property inspection.
• Project Managers come equipped with all necessary tools to conduct a multi-point inspection.
• Your project manager will notify you if you are eligible to file an insurance claim.

STEP 2: FILE YOUR CLAIM

• Call your insurance company’s claims line listed on the back of your project manager’s card.
• Notify your insurance company of the damage found by your project manager and give them the date of loss.
• Get your claim number!
• Call your CMS Roofing and Restoration representative and give them your claim number. This will assist us in managing your project.

STEP 3: AGREE ON THE SCOPE

• The most important part of our job is to meet your adjuster at your property to come to an agreement on what is in need of repair.

STEP 4: FINALIZE YOUR PROJECT

• You will get a copy of the adjuster’s estimate.
• Make sure to give a copy of the estimate to your Project Manager to ensure accuracy.
• You pick your product and color!

STEP 5: PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• Your Project Manager will go over in detail the multiple checks you will receive from your insurance company and/or mortgage company and our payment schedule.

STEP 6: PREPARE FOR YOUR BUILD

• Projected material delivery and install dates will be provided to you dependent on weather.
• Notify your Project Manager that the materials have arrived and discuss any special attention areas around your home (i.e.: landscape protection, deck furniture, backyard pools, etc.).

STEP 7: LET US HANDLE THE REST!

• Your Project Manager will meet with the crew the morning of the build to discuss the project and will stop by periodically throughout the day.
• Project Manager will do a final walk through after the completion every trade.

CMS Roofing and Restoration will make every effort to make this project run smoothly with the least amount of inconvenience for you and your home.
