With CMS Roofing and Restoration's Referral Program, you can be rewarded just for letting us know about your friends and neighbors who are in need of our services. Simply fill out the form on this page and submit.  

Offer requires new customer to contract with CMS Roofing and Restoration for a full roof replacement approved through insurance.

• A referral is an individual who refers a Homeowner to CMS Roofing and Restoration for a new or replacement roof and/or new siding, windows and gutters of at least 2,000 square feet. 
• A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is built and they have signed a Certificate of Completion.
• Individuals may not refer their own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced the  Individual's roof, a second home, rental property, etc. may be referred.
• Referrals must sign a contract with CMS Roofing and Restoration within 60 days of form submission to be considered a verified customer. If within those 60 days of original form submission, a contract has not been signed, the referral will need to be resubmitted via the online form for pending verification.
•  Offer requires new customer to contract with CMS Roofing and Restoration for full roof replacement. 
• Project must be completed before reward can be issued.
• $250 Reward will be issued in the form of a check.
